The American Indian Computer Art Project (AICAP) BBS offered paid downloads of American Indian art files. Turtle Heart, an Ojibway artist, started the project "to allow the exchange of ideas and works relating to Native American Art and Issues" [1]. AICAP still exists on the Internet at aicap.org.
